Good Products, but bad service
I was there with my dad, as he is looking for a pair of boots for the winter. The store was having a sale and he found a pair for $49.99, but as he went to pay for it the cashier asked how much it was, since most of the shoes lost their price tag. She looked around and found the manager and asked him. The manager did not even check the price tag or the Point of sale system and said it's for $150. We even showed him the same pair with a price tag on it for $49.99, and he simply said it was a mistake. He said he will take it off, and walked away. No sorry, no apology, no nothing. The shoes is not important, but customer service was. I thought as a manager like him, one look and he is more than 40 yrs old, would KNOW what customer service is.
1 thing I can say is they have some pretty good equipment.
