Customer Service the way it should be

I called Paper Ya to ask if they had something very particular that I was looking for. The person I spoke with was very helpful, offered suggestions and made the whole process both easy and pleasant. A lovely place to visit and staff who clearly like what they are doing and enjoy working with people.

One of the coolest shops in Vancouver

Paper ya, you think paper, paper, paper. Well it's that and a whole lot more. They have some of the coolest albums, cards, bags, stationery, books related to the items they carry. You can open all the paper drawers and be blown away. Your imagination will run wild. The owners have a phenomenal eye for detail. Run don't walk to go visit.
