I went into Off The Wall in Guildford Town Centre, Surrey, BC. Not only was I not even acknowledged, I felt as though I was invisible. After I spent 20 mins looking though the store I decided to leave. As I was leaving I glanced back to see if anyone even noticed me yet only to see a brunette behind the counter stone faced staring at me. I walked into the Gap and Sakura afterwards and was greated by every smiling employee in the stores. Guess where I bought my clothes today?
this store has the coolest clothes but everything but the jeans are not made for people who arnt petite sizes thats for sure!and they dont have a very good selection of shoes so everyone you'll end up wearing the exact same shoes as everyone else. But the ts are the coolest ive ever seen .and the shirts by Song are so cozy and soft.
i recently bought a pair off guess jeans from your store. i couldnt fit the 29s on so i tryed the 30s and they fit perfect! i wore them once and they streched out so much that i could pull them off my waist with out undoing them! i took them back with my recipt and tags and the manager at the guildford location was rude and not helpful whatsoever. she would not let me exchange them so i asked her to call head office and she said she did but i'm not sure if she actually did. all i'm asking for is an exchange so my 90 dollars is not waisted. i have shopped at off the wall for 13 years now and have bought about 40 pairs of jeans from your store, but after this incedent i will not be back because i felt i was not treated with respect. if someone could email me a phone number for head office that would be greatly appriciated.
I just want to let the people know of a fantastic shopping experience I had at the Off the Wall store in West Edmonton Mall.I am a single mother of 2 teenage daughters living in California, while on a skiing holiday in Western Canada we went shopping in Edmonton. It had been a long day and all of us just couldnt find the nice teenage street wear for the girls, when we happened to stroll into Off the Wall clothing, wow what a great store with tons of selection.I would like to let whom ever is the manager or store owner that a particular employee was absolutely the best.(Kayla) was her name and she was about the same age as my daughters and was just so polite with her greetings, suggestions and selection of products.I sure appreciated her help and so did my girls, whom got so many compliments back at High School in Los Angeles. So in closing a big thank you to Kayla at Off the Wall In Edmonton,Canada.

This store was ridiculous. Overpriced and aimed towards stick-skinny girls. The staff was very unhelpful, and they gave us disdainful looks. They didn't have anything CLOSE to my size. There wasn't much variation, either.
I find Off the Wall is great store! The selection is incredible, but it seems to be lacking colours that actually look nice. The spring 2005 selection is filled with yellows, whites and greens, and I find that it's just not that atractive. The staff there are always helpful, but I find they are always the "pretty" people that you'd want to avoid, but after you talk to them, you find that they're really nice. The music's good, and they have mirrors in the change rooms (change rooms ALWAYS need mirrors!), and the best thing of all is the CLEARANCE SALES!
