i recently bought a pair off guess jeans from your store. i couldnt fit the 29s on so i tryed the 30s and they fit perfect! i wore them once and they streched out so much that i could pull them off my waist with out undoing them! i took them back with my recipt and tags and the manager at the guildford location was rude and not helpful whatsoever. she would not let me exchange them so i asked her to call head office and she said she did but i'm not sure if she actually did. all i'm asking for is an exchange so my 90 dollars is not waisted. i have shopped at off the wall for 13 years now and have bought about 40 pairs of jeans from your store, but after this incedent i will not be back because i felt i was not treated with respect. if someone could email me a phone number for head office that would be greatly appriciated.
This store was ridiculous. Overpriced and aimed towards stick-skinny girls. The staff was very unhelpful, and they gave us disdainful looks. They didn't have anything CLOSE to my size. There wasn't much variation, either.
I live in Vancouver, So I know pretty much all the cool stores. This is an awsome store for anyone ages 12 - 21. The music can be a little loud but that doesn't bother me. The selection is great, the sales are unbeleivable and while the store is not cheap, it's not oulandishly expensive. You can pay anywhere from 40 - 180$ for a pair of designer jeans. This store Rocks!
I went into Off The Wall in Guildford Town Centre, Surrey, BC. Not only was I not even acknowledged, I felt as though I was invisible. After I spent 20 mins looking though the store I decided to leave. As I was leaving I glanced back to see if anyone even noticed me yet only to see a brunette behind the counter stone faced staring at me. I walked into the Gap and Sakura afterwards and was greated by every smiling employee in the stores. Guess where I bought my clothes today?
I like off the wall alot but there prices are so expensive!!!!! i can't really buy alot and get alot for my money there. Over all the clothing is good. But i also agree that the sizes should be smaller. I mean i'm size 0 and it's still baggy i'm 14 how old do i have to be to fit perfectly into them. i mean come on
Song is annoying brand, I hate how EVERYBODY wears it. But I love the off-the-shoulder Song a.k.a SNG zip ups, they're really cute. The stuff by Butter is just plain tacky, & they don't have a good selection of the actually GOOD zip ups & stuff, like Triple 5 Soul & Punkyfish. Also, SNG is a total rip-off of TNA. TNA is really good quality, & SNG, just isn't.
My daughter bought a pr. of slippers (and other things) first week of Jan. A few days later the slipper came apart at seam. We called the store and told them about the defective merchandise and they said ok to return to any Off the Wall. When we called Guildford store she talked to Manager (HAROLD)and she specifically said I do not want a store credit, but cash back(that is how they were purchased), and he said no problem. Today my Husband tries to do the return with the bill, and notes my daughter took while talking to Manager, and he says- no cash, just credit note. I then get on phone with him and say, that is not what you told my daughter yesterday. He is moreless telling me I'm lying (he claims he didn't tell my daughter ok to cash back) and that my husband is being belingerant. This guy is so stressed out, how he became Manager is beyond me!! The store return policy sucks!
