Kobe Japanese Steak and Seafood House

Description

This popular restaurant claims to be Canada's first Japanese steak house, and is located just one block north of Robson Street. The wisecracking chefs perform their handiwork at the tables and the Tokyo-inspired atmosphere is always lively; Kobe aims at entertainment as much as fine cuisine. For dinner, the steak and chicken dishes are sure to please palates, and the shrimp plates come in a variety of sauces. For something different, try the White Porcelain Buddha drink.

Better than the other place

This is the better of the 2 teppanyaki places in Vancouver. It has a better ambiance than Osaka. They have both the same pricing, but cooking show isnt as good as expected. Watching your butcher cut up your meat is the same exciting you would get watching them cook your meal. They need to be more showy, you are paying for it.
