Don't blame the staff, blame owner.

In response to the review below me where the staff came back to ask for a tip when you didn't leave one. I agree that is completely wrong however Hon's hasn't been paying its employees for months. The owner Gala Ip is a cheap, horrible woman who mismanaged the business completely and thinks it's perfectly fine NOT to pay staff who have been loyal to her for years. They aren't bankrupt tho.... still owner multiple properties, etc - just won't pay her staff.
So if you eat there again don't pay your bill, just give cash to the staff - they need it, Gala Ip does not.
