I read the other reviews and went last night with a bit of hesitation - but, the reviewer from San Francisco must be referring to a different restaurant. We were in a party of 4 and were immediately seated and ordered cocktails. The Kir Royale could have been more bubbly and was promptly replaced with no question. My appetizer of tuna and salmon was spectacular and very reasonably priced for what it was. My wife had a salad with fig and goat cheese that was so nice she would of had another for dinner. For dinner I had the best rabbit leg I have ever eaten served with stuffed pork loin, polenta and sauces - again, it was exceptional. My wife had duck breast with lentil and red cabbage that she wants to duplicate at home at the first opportunity. The other couple both had steaks, a bistro specialty, with the best french fries in Western Canada. Yes, that is true. Desserts were freshly made sorbets. Our waiter, a professional, was polite, attentive and responsive. Bottom line, we can't wait to go back. - Ed
