Outstanding dinner

I am Chinese and most time cook at home because feel I can cook better than many restaurants. Visited Vancouver for the food even though live in San Francisco area. Order the King crab (5-1/2 kilos), squab and fried rice with diced salt fish for myself and wife. Besides having the crab cooked steamed in garlic sauce, the waiter recommended cooking part as fried in salt and pepper. Both were amazing delicious. I've had many salt and pepper dishes, and this was not at all greasy and had good flavor. The squab was also very tasty, better than many roast duck I've had. I had a bottle of their Gerwurtrimmer, not an outstanding wine, but had a nice lychee flavor. The waiter added a mango pudding at no charge. They were surprised that we ate it all with so much food, but we did not have lunch. Quite expensive, but still enjoyed!
