The lighting is subdued, the beautifully laid tables are covered with linen and the polite servers are formally dressed. Every table has a view at Edmonton's only revolving restaurant, located at the top of the Chateau Lacombe. From this elegant, 24th floor dining room, you can see to the far ends of the city. The cuisine is "fresh market Canadian," featuring dishes such as Alberta Bison Rib Eye Steak and Alberta Pork Rack. For dessert you might want to indulge in Crème Brulee or the Triple Chocolate Truffle.
