Lazy Loaf and Kettle, Calgary

We have been long-time patrons of the Lazy Loaf and were very disappoined with the service received today. The front staff don't appear to follow directions regarding allergy issues as I have (on two separate occasions) been given bread when I have stated that I am wheat-intolerant and would prefer no bread and only hash browns. On both occasions I was given bread with no hashbrowns! They're waiting time is deplorable. I was left standing for a take-out meal for 1/2 hour. When we complained we were yelled at by one of the cooks (I think was either the manager or owner). After returning the meal due to having bread instead of hashbrowns we were told that they'd give us our money back...and left me with no breakfast. I will never go there again as I find the service is seriously lacking. They're catering leaves little to be desired as well. Quality assurance and customer service is something they need to take lessons on. They could take some lessons from Starbucks!
