Cheesecake Cafe (The), Calgary

RE: NW location of The Cheesecake Cafe. A real disappointment. The half chicken I ordered was not properly prepared. Some parts were cold and some warm. Other sections of the meat were red. Also, the meal came with a side of beans, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The beans were on the cold side and the mashed potatoes were barely warm. The coleslaw tasted terrible. The waitress serving us was unwelcoming. We waited for a long time before our bill was finally given to us and that was after flagging down another waiter. When our waitress finally gave us the bill she dropped it on our table and walked away without even asking us how the meal was or providing us with a thank-you. She was unprofessional with her attitude and that was a bigger disappointment than the food itself. The service was terrible.
