Sushi Boat, Calgary

One of the best sushi restaurant in Calgary, love the food especially Uni sushi, and the waitress are really cute!!!!

Pretty much whenever I am craving sushi, my BF and I got to Sushi Boat. The food is wonderful, cold when required to be cold, hot when required to be hot. They always have a different feature. The staff is wonderful. We have never had a bad experience. We will literally not go anywhere else anymore. If you want go sushi, quick and friendly service, please go to Sushi Boat. The spicy tuna rolls and the sushi pizza are awesome. You will not be disappointed

Having lived in Japan, I can tell you that this is the BEST sushi restaurant in Calgary. I have been to many restaurants that are supposedly sushi restaurants, but the authenticity is just not there. This restaurant, as opposed to many other sushi restaurants, is actually operated by Japanese people who know what they are doing. As an added bonus, the prices are great, too!

Go. That is all you need to know. Maybe. The sushi is incredible. The selection ranges from the common to the esoteric, so sushi beginners as well as sushi addicts can enjoy a meal. The food is prepared from fresh ingredients and is presented to the patron HOT. Even the common items like teriyaki are delectable. For the real addict: Try the Uni and Hamachi. The servers are quick and attentive. They are well trained and nice. Keep up the good work! The bathrooms are clean and smell nice. This is not a small compliment. This place earns 5/5 easily. Try this place. yum!

This has had the best food out of all of the Japanese restaurants I have been to, including those in the states and Japan. The sweetened soy sauce is a very delicious alternative to the traditional salty taste of soysauce. Sushi Boat has an amazing interior, with an inside water fall as well as bamboo framing. They have truly been able to capture the essence of Japan with a contemporary feel.

The sushi boat offers a large variety of items that even a non-sushi lover would enjoy. The prices are fair, and the service is good. I have been to the sushi boat several times and each time the food quality has been consistently good!
