Inside, the sight of a true brick-oven indicates to connossieurs that you will be getting a pizza delight. Constantly bustling, first, watch a machine flatten the delicate dough. Then, an expert tosses with true artistry. Ripe red tomato sauce is used as a base, then comes a light sprinkling of cheese and finally, any veggie you want at this kosher pizzeria. The pizza is paper-thin and must constantly be replaced in the display case as it doesn't stick around long enough! Sold by the slice and reasonably priced.

It is tough to get your order in and not many places to sit, but totally worth it nonetheless. A must eat while in Tel Aviv.
