High court, high art
The new Supreme Court of Israel building is a stunning blend of modern architecture and ancient materials. Free guided tours are available (12 noon for English speakers), or you can take a self-tour (also free). Unless otherwise posted, courtrooms are open to the public during trials. Allow 45 minutes for your visit; then see the Israeli Knesset (parliament) building next door, and the Israel Museum and Shrine of the Book down the street.
