Raoul's Bar, Oxford

The most cocktails I've seen on a list and the most spirits I've seen on a back bar and staff that know how to use them too! Unique and exceptional!

This is simply the best bar I've ever had the pleasure to visit. The staff were incredible and had an encyclopedic knowledge of every product they served (they serve 100s), the cocktails were exceptional and produced with obvious pride and passion this is definately a must visit bar in Oxford! I noticed on my way out that they've won numerous awards for their skills and on the bassis of this visit I'd say they deserved every last one and more!

We liked the atmosphere here. We fisrt came on a Thursday night which got very busy later on, we secured ourselves a table next to another couple who said they came here a lot. The staff are brilliant and were happy to explain in detail about the drinks on offer and some of the spirits that we had never heard of. We came back on a Saturday as we were visiting my girlfriend's sister and the place was full. We waited in line and got in after about five minutes. Whilst at the bar my girlfriend spotted a table, I got the drinks and we had another great night! when back in the U.K we will definately come here again. David and Charlotte Svensson
