Fire Brigade Museum is home to one of the most comprehensive collections of fire-fighting equipment and memorabilia in existence. The Fire Brigade Museum aims to chart the history of the fire brigade from the Great Fire of London in 1666 to the present, and to display objects from its history, ranging from a helmet dated circa 1720, to modern-day firefighting equipment.
