Diamond Jubilee Floral Crown

Built on the grounds of St.James Leper Hospital, this park was transformed by John Nash into the magnificent landscape that we see today. The lake was drained this year for clearing the sediment, and has become home to so many ducks and geese, not forgetting the four pelicans. The real stars are the squirrels that are really tame and will feed from your hands if you have some peanuts. Never try to touch them though because the young ones may bite. The bridge over the lake has great views of Horse guards parade and Buckingham Palace. If you are to visit the Palace, make sure that you walk through this park on your way. The kids will have a great time here.
