Description

A plush cafe-cum-restaurant in the middle of Putney High Street. Both the food and the staff are either Italian or Portuguese, and the ambience is modern and glossy against a minimalist decor with the accent on shiny metallics. A colourful buffet greets the visitor upon entering, as does the quiet, tuneful background music. There's also a wide range of juices and hot beverages on offer as well as a plentiful selection of wines - of course.

I love the food, very good quality and great value. also I need to say that the service is very good and especcially with my childrens. They love to go there, the staff knows their names and they always find time to play with them and give them attention. I need to say that I really like this place, is completely different from the current chains and is always possible to have the food changed the way you like it. I recommend Cafe Rogerios to all my friends and family. I hope they keep it for a long time, especially in these days where everything is so "anti-family".

Rogerio runs a tight Portuguese/Italian ship where the ever-helpful staff provide hungry Putneyites with good coffee (at considerably less cost than the chains), sandwiches and juices as well as full meals that range from Italian favourites such as Pollo alla Milanese to pastas, salads and seafood. Fully licenced with a range of unusual Portuguese wines and beers the restaurant/cafe is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner or even just a quick pastel de nata takeaway.
