Simpson's needs help
last August my husband[J.B.Simpson] myself, my parents and my brother ate at the restaurant. We were excited to treat them to a fine dining experience as we have known every year in the past. it was more than horrible.We couldn't get any water, the rolls were hard and inedible...the potatoes were cold and we couldn't even cut them....The meat was tough and we couldn't even cut it.When we left I told the gentleman at the desk how upset I was...we paid over $250.00 for the meal!! He gave me an e-mail address to write to...which I did. the response was that they would credit my gratuity back....which never came through. The service was terrible ...the food worse...the wine inferior ...the location devine!!
