Poor Customer Service
I really wanted to give this a great review, and the actual storefront and goods are exceptional, however... after purchasing a teapot for 32 dollars ( which was gorgeous and I was very pleased with) I got a phone call later that evening from the store. The lady on the phone told me that the teapot had been misspriced and that it really should have sold for 52 dollars, she then sat on the line for 3-4 minutes hemming and hawing about how I paid less and how it was supposed to be more money.
As the teapot was CLEARLY marked 32 and the lady who rang it in never commented, I cannot see how this is even remotely my problem. And it is just plain terrible customer service to mark an item a certain price and then try to change the price at the till, or CALL THE CUSTOMER AT HOME TO SEE IF THEY WILL PAY MORE, I was shocked to have received this phone call.
I can say that whoever called me was a terrible representation for the storefront and the beautiful goods that they sell, buyer beware, the price you see may not be correct and you may receive evening phone calls berating you for their mistake.
