Chomp away happily while the sights, sounds and smells of the rainforest envelop and transport you into the deep jungle. Listen to the talking Banyan tree for environmental trivia and marvel at the simulated cascades and tropical storms. Kids will have a riot with the animated elephants, gorillas, real live parrots and exotic fish and they also get an activity sheet, crayons, and pin badge. For groups of six or more, reservations are advisable and you can contact the team to arrange fun educational talks or for details of their programme for schools. These are free of charge and provide a great opportunity for children to ask the experts. The food comprises loads of eco-friendly and vegetarian choices along an exotic theme (like Seychelles seafood pasta), but also a lot of Hollywood burgerama style grub as well. Secret parts of the rainforest are available for party hire, and grown ups can enjoy the fully licensed Mushroom Bar. Upstairs is dedicated to souvenirs such as glasses, T-shirts, and key rings.
The tuna salad nicoise was unpleasant to eat , tuna fine , 1 small lettuce leaf 6 green beans , 1 small sliced potato , 1/4 of sliced tomato 1 whole red onion or so it seemed , 1 egg and 4 slices of anchovy , all food ,except the tuna so cold it was unpleasant to eat and seemed to be old food stored in the fridge for a couple of days . The rest of the parties food was fine just DO NOT HAVE THIS SALAD as it tastes bad and is very expensive . We ate at 12:15 pm on Tuesday 17th Feb ans the waitress was not at all interested that my food was BAD .Chicken on Calypso chicken burger parts were charred so bad it tasted very bitter but was at least hot and seemed fresh , this was not our first visit and we were very disappointed as the food is much worse than last year and much much worse than Paris and Florida . What a shame
The food was cheap and had good value. The dinner was great, but the lunch, not so much.Kids love it too! When my kids are happy,Im happy. So try to eat there around dinner time.Overall,It was a great experience for the whole family.
Dinning at the Rainforest cafe was the best experiance of my life. It makes you feel like your actually dinning outside in the rainforest and the lightning shows were amazing, I especially liked Tracy the talking tree, another thing I LOVE about the rainforest cafe is that they actually help the rainforest by donating money and giving educational tours. Their food is simply devine it comes fresh and fast and the waiters are kind and seem like they love working there. Overall, the Rainforest cafe is the best restaurant ever!
Over 10 for a plate of plain spagetti for a 3 year old. - All the toys in their shop are overpriced, incidently you have to walk through the shop on the way in and out of the resturant !!! The Thunder noise effect was loud enough to frighten most adults, let alone the kids.
I will never go there and and wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.
A fun place for the kids and adults too. After reading poor reviews I was dubious about going. I can only say our experience was excellent and we would definately go again. To avoid the a wait, get there early or book.
I loved the Rainforest cafe! I went when I was seven and i whant to go for my 12th birthday party! I loved the way all the animals were surrounding you! I thought I was in a rainfroest! I loved every moment of the time I was there and can't wait to go back!!
If you have kids, rainforest cafe does a decent job with keeping them focused while you can enjoy a few beers while waiting for your food. the food isnt that great, so if you're simply looking to keep kids entertained, rainforest is a good option.
