Good luck getting what you order.

Last year I placed an order and the spice blends were sent pretty fast. I had also placed an order for garlic which did not arrive. I called and spoke to Laszlo and he said just to email my address to him and he would get it sent. More time went by and still no garlic. I sent more than one message after that asking for updates. After hearing nothing I wrote on their Facebook wall and said what do I need to do to get what I paid for. What do you know Laszlo decided to respond real quick after that. He berated me in an email for asking about it on their Facebook wall and blamed the delay on the humidity in IL and tried feeding me some line about how the Chinese dry garlic with charcoal and how people are getting cancer because of how that method exposes people to arsenic and cyanide. He also claims that he told me about the delay from the humidity during our phone call. I assure you he did not, he just said email me your address Finally after getting the Better Business Bureau involved my order arrived. This was more than two months after I paid for the garlic.
This year even after all of that I placed another order, because despite the horrible service the garlic is good. That order was marked shipped 09-15 and it has not come. I filed a PayPal dispute and within the hour they cancelled my order but did not refund my money. As of today I am still waiting for a refund and they have not answered multiple messages asking when I will get my refund.
I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with Galena Garlic Company. A simple Google search of Better Business Bureau complaints for Galena Garlic Company will show you that others have had similar problems and accordingly this company has the worst rating possible, an F.
