Since it was established in 1970, people have been gazing through the window at the cream cakes, gateaux, cheesecakes and tartes, while they calculate the day's calorie intake so far and convince themselves that an eclair is virtually fat-free. Patisserie Francoise also serves pizzas, pasta and salads, as well as supplying special occasion cakes and outside catering.
