Worst customer service i have ever experienced!! I recently went into mountain sports to get assistance with a broken binding (a brand that they sell there) and instead of receiving help or recommendations for a solution to my problem (such as recommending a binding for rent) they were rude and uncaring. I then on my own asked to rent some bindings from them so that i could ride at which point they asked someone who was not familiar with snowboarding or how to attach the bindings they rent to a board to help me. Bless her heart she tried but was unable to find the appropriate hardware needed to do this and when she asked for help from her own supervisor and manager they would not help her help me and instead shut and locked the door on their own employee. Since they were unable to attach bindings to my board i had to ask for my money to be returned and proceeded to leave while several employees stared at me as if i stole something from them.....it was weird, uncomfortable, unprofessional, and down right unhelpful. I did receive phenomenal customer service from slope side sports which is the ski rental store on the mountain who went out of their way to solve my problem.
