APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE - Not Recommended

I ordered a Maserati GT model of a particular manufacturer on the 11th November, but got sent the wrong one. I was told to return it by post and that postage would be refunded to my card and the correct car resent.
After returning the incorrect car, I have emailed the company 4 times and got only 1 reply, that the car was out of stock and they are waiting on it from the supplier. No eta was projected, and neither was postage fees refunded. I have yet to hear back from the company after my last emails. It is now 27 days from the day I placed my order and I am still waiting in the dark. Appalling customer service and is going to totally ruin my Christmas plans for a special someone. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
