Established in 1860, this medical herbalist is home to a range of homeopathic medicines, books, vitamin supplements, organic and ecological toiletries, essential oils and herbal teas. It's also a great place to find some luxurious, special cosmetics and scented goodies (particularly good for gorgeous smelling soaps). The friendly, helpful staff can give you advice on any number of ailments and problems as well.
Napiers is a great place that we visit every time we get to Edinburgh-which is frequent but not often enough. Their staff is well trained, courteous and take an interest in their work and their Herbologists etc are first rate. Good catalogue too. The neighbourhood is interesting historically and easily accessible by public transit.
