I was in food heaven

From my entrance to my exit, I was taken care of with utmost attention. I enjoyed a degustation menu of seven (!!!!!!!) incredible courses with a different wine to suit every dish. The selection of courses and wines was not only new, surprising and - need I say - expertly composed, but also prepared and served with the greatest care for my pace of dining. Sommelier Max is a young master of his art, as knowledgeable as entertaining. His charming wife Anne watches over guests and staff with energy and style, making sure there is not a single cloud in food heaven. I was there. Don't miss it. Go to heaven.
