I went to see about getting a tattoo...I went in fully intending to book an appointment on the spot, having heard good things about them...was met with nothing but disinterest and rudeness. One staff member walked out of the building mid sentence...never before have I been treated with such disrespect. I am a very chilled kinda person but left here feeling angry and upset. Rude Unhelpful Ignorant Will certainly not be going back...will happily take my business elsewhere and highly recommend others do the same.

ive had all 3 of my tats done here all of them r perfect, best place 2 go, very clean nice atmosphere etc, am booked in 4 my 4th and biggest tat on thurs cant w8!!!!

Got my 2nd tattoo here (1st by another guy when I was really young - we'll not talk about that!!).. I know Gallo personally and also know that he is literally the fastest tattoo artist around and made sure he was doing the tattoo - I am not so good with pain - I wanted four chinese symbols which symbolise mother and father down my spine and he was done in 10/15 minutes!! It is very sore but he kept me really calm and the other guys are so nice! Donal (the guy who does the piercing) is the nicest guy you will ever meet - you would never think it with all those tattoss!! Ha! But honestly, these guys really know what they are talking about - they will talk you thru everything and make sure u are totally calm b4 they do it! I wouldn't dream of having a tattoo anywher else.. Ps. If you are bad with pain remember to ask for Gallo as he is super quick (he is Sicilian an super cool too).. or if you want sumthin really detailed and arty then ask for Tommy himself - he is a fantastic artist.. Thanks guys, my tattoo healed so well and I love it. :-)

Asked if they had any pics of dragons to help me and was told not really however on my next visit a girl asked the same question and was handed a book full of dragons. I had a pic of what i wanted but the artist said he would have to change it a little. I went with this but it did not even resemble what i wanted. The tattoo was a cover-up I was told this was not a problem however when the tat was healed you could still see the old tatto beneath.The shading and colouring was inconsistant there was a place where he'd gone out of the lines with the colour when i went back to complain they said it was only a little bit what was i worried about. For £100 per hr I expected better! I saw the artist who said I'd have to book in for another slot (more money) to fix this. I was unsure and got another opinion from another recomended artist who upon seeing the tat knew exactly who did it without me telling him. He proceeded to go through multiple faults with the tattoo that I wouldn't have noticed and informed me that he had to fix another tat by the same artist. I've booked in and it looks as though I'll be payin for this tattoo twice over. I thought by goin to skinworks and paying more money I was guaranteed top results.I was wrong. This may not be the case for everyone and could be unlucky but I certainly won't be going back!

Just had another tattoo done in tommy gunns friendly staff and fantstic artists. Would never think of going anywhere else for a tattoo. keep up the good work.

Ive been in a few tattoo shops in northern ireland and keep returning here. There best value for the most skilled work and they will never make u feel under pressure, theyre on the customers side, talking you through everything and calming nerves!! The shop itself is so clean and staff will happily chat to u about their hygiene procedures. A really friendly bunch of artists and a great shop atmosphere will keep this place a success

Tommy Gunns tattoo parlour in queen street belfast is the best tat shop in belfast, Had a celtic cross done on my upper left arm the staff are ecellent and the place is in good order, very clean and relaxed atmo in there, Keith done a great job with my tattoo and im going back for more next week. Highly recomended guys no bull.

I have tattoos on my feet and all down one side of my body but decided to get one on my shoulder...hmmm. The guys at skinworks were great! The design is hand coloured in a realist style and came out almost photographic! Brilliant! The only thing was i forgot to eat before hand...WHAT EVER YOU DO DONT FORGET TO EAT...OR BREATHE, thats another good tip and after having experienced over 12hrs of tattoo in the past i couldnt believe i fainted in 5 mins lol! The guy were wonderful,patient and helpful and the cleanliness and professionalism is unmatched here as far as i have seen Cheers guys

got a tattoo yesterday by shane, wish i went to him to get all my tatts done!! hes a wee cutie too lol wud def go there if its your first tattoo, will be best ever!!

got my first ever tattoo done here staff where great tommy gunn was the bees knees belfast skin works is very clean and the staff know there stuff my colour has never fated the also provide an after care as in if you tat needs a touch up they do it free of charge and if you want to here you type of music and if they have it the staff will put it on for you all round when i go and get my next tat belfast skin works is where am heading!
