Pleasant-ness !

Here's my little experience:
I happened to be travelling alone in Stockholm and I did a little test: I popped by the shop one evening during summer wondering if there would be a a space available; no reservations beforehand (not so nice of me).
They split a joined table and gave me a seat, and the staff was most pleasant and accommodating. I had a galette: ham, lettuce, cheese, I believe the galette bore the same name as the restaurant, fyra knop.
It was crispy and pretty tasty, ingredients were very fresh though the galette itself was a a little burnt. I actually liked the burnt-ness, it gave a really nice textural contrast to the fresh fillings.
I found the decor pretty quaint; there were some mariner artifacts about the shop, if I do recall right !
The crowd was predominantly couples and groups of 6 to 8 friends just out for some food and company. It wasn't too noisy. From what I observed, most were having crepes so I figured Stockholmers headed there mostly for dessert.
I would definitely return to try the crepes the next time I am in the Götgatan area.
