Best ever vegatarian cusine
This friendly, pleasant, pretty restaurant will give you a new appreciation of what a great chef can do with (non-Indian) vegatarian cuisine. The soups, salads, and other appetizers are extraordinarliy flavorful and fresh. The "second courses" can be so substantial that you will completely forget they are all vegetables. And the price is very low by Madrid standards -- 40 euros a person for three courses, nice wine, coffee or tea, and a generous tip. Note: Artemisa is not "ideological" like many American vegetarian restaurants -- the menu includes a small section of non-vegitatarian dishes for those who prefer, and makes liberal use of cheese, butter, and cream.
