Best Restaurant in Madrid

My visit to Jockey was one of the best restaurant experiences I ha ve ever had. The ambience is impeccable the service is the best in town and the food is sumptious one dish is better then the other. My favorites as an appetizer I can recommend the spanish ham, the fried baby asparagus, as a starter in the summer have the gaspachio or Salad with king prawns. as a main I would recommend the beef wellington for two or if you had never had tripe this is the place to try it. Top it all off with a frozen souffle in the summer or a hot chocolate souffle in the winter. The Wine list is very diverse I would recommend the house red. to end the dinner have degistiv and a cigar to end a royal meal. As a matter of interest Jockey caters all royal functions including this years royal wedding. If it is good enpug for royalty it is good enough for me.
