You'll discover historic buildings that include the Archaeological Museum (former University), the Curia, Ibiza Cathedral , Town Hall, the convent church and the castle (under restoration). The Ibiza Cathedral has special history, as it is the site of the first parish of Santa Maria established in the 1200's. This area has been declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO and you can still see Phoenician, Roman, medieval and Moorish remains.
