They are all out of common courtesy
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/3/09
The problems started when i called to reserve a table for the evening. When they answered the phone, I stated politely that I would like to reserve a table for the evening for two friends of mine and myself. The given response was simply, "no we don't reserve tables, click...." I have NEVER, and i mean NEVER, experienced something like that in my entire life. At least have the courtesy to say "bye". We decided to go even though my first impression was grim. When we got there we soon found out that this was the level of courtesy they showed their customers. I speak spanish fluently, but ordered in english anyways, and discovered that the waiters spoke badly of the foreign customers behind their backs. Making fun of physical appearances as well as nationality (oftentimes described as"inferior")
The positive is this: The food was good, and not overpriced. You get what you pay for both in quality and quantity, but the atmosphere is terrible. If a good atmosphere is important to you, i highly recommend you find somewhere else to spend your hard earned money. (if it's you easily earned money I'd understand)
