disappointing

On several places this restaurant was recommended as one of the best of lisboa. Around 50 euros a menu, so not increddible expensive. We went there. It was still closed and we wanted to reserve for the same night. The host was not very enthousiastic and he treated us almost with contempt. At 22hs we came back to eat. All the 'garçons' showed little intererst, we did not feel welcome. The service was so fast and efficient that there was no time between the courses to digest, they gave us the feeling that we had to hurry. About the food: The bread was bad. The "folhadinho de queijo de cabra com salada de rucola" was all right, but nothing special. Also the "Pathe de Santola" was all right, but again, nothing special. Then the "Açorda de bacalhau" was quiet good (fishermens food), but for two persons. The "Pregado" (tarbot) was fried in oil, lost its delicious taste, and was probably deepfrozen. The mousse au chocolat was good.
This restaurant absolutely does not deserve its name, it is nothing special and unengaging, please revise the critics of this restaurant. For this prize you will find many better places in Lisboa!
