The Canal Bike is a great way to wind your way through the canals. If you are a cyclist or very fit is shouldn't be too much of a strain. But, if not, you will have some sore leg muscles the next day. I wouldn't suggest you do it on the weekend either as there can be LOTS of pleasure boats on the main canal routes.
