VanGogh Museum
It is definitely an opportunity to see many of the collected works of the world famous Dutch painter in vanGogh's home country. Caddy corner to the Rijksmuseum, is the building quite easy to find displaying many of his works - and museum entry fees are not at all that costly. Digital cameras without flash can be used as well as, but I'd advise one to clear it with the somewhat high strung museum guards before shooting. Otherwise, be prepared to be yelled at.
If you don't mind crowds, you really can mingle through them to get up close and personal with this amazing artist's paintings.
If you can, visit in the off season when you can take in a lot more with less pushing and shoving. I keep going back myself, as I love the works of this great Impressionist.
