Eet & Bierencafes De Beiaard, Amsterdam

The name says it all - they serve beer here, and loads of it! The place itself is nice enough, although it has a slightly tacky feel to it, with the inside bearing resemblance to an American diner. There is a nice conservatory that looks out over the Spui, and more beer than you could conceivably shake a rather large stick at. Be warned though, some of the Belgian beers pack a real punch and this could mean a premature end to your evening. They even have an aptly named Belzebuth beer that has an interesting 15% alcohol. De Beiaard has approximately 80 beers on tap and the special beer of the month is easy to find at this place.
