Vasso, Amsterdam

lol, this was ranked number 8 in Rotterdam, but luckily, i just tried it once as waiting for my flight... Akak, it s terrible, the food maybe not my taste. lol

My girlfriend and I just had a wonderful night, great food, loveley venue, excellent service and reasonable value..The desserts were divine! Real Italian food, with real Italian service.(They're Italian)

The atmosphere is very friendly as well as the staff... They can make you feel like you're actually in Italy! It's perfect for dinners with the whole family as well as with a group of friends or a romantic dinner!The food is great as is their selection of wines.

The food at Vasso did not dissapoint. I started with a small portion of seafood pasta which consisted of half a lobster .. sauce was to die for.. I ended the meal with a fab chocolate mousse ( main course was great too ). The wine list was comprehensive and not too bad in price considering it was Amsterdam !. The service was excellent - attentive but the waiters were not all over you. The only downside of visiting Vasso was its location .. we sat outside overlooking warehouse doors which were covered in graffiti .. shame but we did experience good food & wine (the dutch company was pretty good too ) so I would go back .. recommended..
