Galleria Spada is one of the most beautiful palaces in Rome with its annex containing a splendid collection of Old Masters, including Caravaggio, Guercino, Brueghel the Elder, and Domenichino. Although not typically Roman, you can also admire Brueghel's Country Scene with Windmill, as well as Titian's The Musician. Do not miss Borromini's 'trompe l'oeil colonnade', which is 12 meters long but seems much longer.
