The very best of Roma

Until Tullio, my Russian wife disliked pasta. Since, we have been searching for an Italian restaurant in America to compare.
There are none.
The wild mushroom pasta was the feature of our visits to Tullios. I can still recall the aroma and the delicate taste. But, all of our selections were excellent.
We dined at several very fine restaurants in Rome, but none compared with Tullios for cuisine or service.
It was also fun when, on our last day, we dined at a table adjacent to an obvious Mafioso, complete with guards at the door and young men kissing his ring.
For us, Tullios will always be our first cullinary destination when returning to Rome.
