Hard to find, at least for Rome rookies, but well worth it. While it's hard to go terribly wrong finding a good restaurant in Rome, this place was a surprise. We dined a bit early so the dining room was almost empty, our server was friendly, almost seemed like he was wondering what this american family of 4 was doing there. Good service, no hovering. The food was fantastic!!! One dish, wild boar with I think it was bitter chocolate sauce/gravy was one of the most amazing flavors I have ever experienced. Explore the old ghetto neighborhood and eat dinner here. Remember to locate this place earlier in you day.
