This elegant and sophisticated restaurant has a seasonal menu and is expert in its use of aromatic herbs, spices and vegetables. Baked Sheep's Cheese - Pecorino, marinated salmon with three different kinds of pepper, orange and ginger, tortelli with oysters, turkey stuffed with Zibibbo (a kind of muscat grape) sauce. Home-made desserts. A good wine-list and the possibility of ordering wine by the glass.
