Santa Martretta Golf club is in the heart of the Parco del Ticino, about 30 km from Milan. There are a lot of water features about, and the surrounding area is rich with greenery - all natural. This makes for a beautiful and unusual 18 hole, 72 par golf course. There is a practise ground, golf buggies, pro shop, and bar and restaurant which are to be found inside the club itself. To get to this rural haven from Milan, take the 494 road towards Abbiategrasso, and after you have crossed the Ticino river, the golf club is 3 km from Vigevano.
