After seven years of absence I came back to Florence with very good memories from a dinner I had then at Enzo e Piero. So I decided to book a table there for my round birthday celebration dinner and I was definitely not disappointed. The food is still excellent - and so is the service - at a very reasonable price with a true Toscan atmosphere. Highly recommendable!
My husband and I lived a block down from Aldo e Piero on Via Faenza for a year, and this place became a regular hangout for us. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the food is hearty, traditional Tuscan. I remember the Tuscan bread soup with particular fondness. When we brought friends from out of town, the staff would welcome them as if they were their old friends, too.
Fabulous food served by very friendly staff and reasonable prices. Dined there on 3 different occasions. The staff there show obvious concern that you enjoy the food and wine. The versatile Aldo is marvellous--some nights he cooks other nights he is waiting on tables--either way he is great.
