Perseus, Florence

This for sure is the best Bistecca alla Fiorentina! Not for the "well done with something on the side" types. This is a huge steak with sea salt perfectly cooked (which in Florence means rare) and I remember my friend being told, no that it can not be well done-save the embarasment and order something else. This is a local's place filled with professional types who still enjoy a long lunch and a glass or two of Chianti. Always busy and always a lot of fun.
