This attractive restaurant serves traditional dishes, made from genuine ingredients with simple flavours, in a typical, Florentine inn atmosphere. The menu is classic and includes specialities such as ribollita, tagliatelle, Florentine tripe, fried brains and Florentine steak. There is also a good choice of classic Chianti. The 16th-century rooms are furnished in a sober style, with a lot of wood with period furnishings and decorations. In the summer, visitors can eat outside in the adjoining piazza.
