Feeny's Equestrian Centre, Galway

i could never recommend this place to anyone and would go as far to say it is actually dangerous for children to be let anywhere near these incompedent people we were presented with horses that were unsafe for hacking out with and a fourteen year old girl called helena who tried her very best to control the horses but was unable to a pony my son had been given started to buck and refused to go any further and upset all the other already nervous horses casusing mayhem the sisuation then got worse when she swapped ponies and mounted this pony herself and whipped it violently but it still refused to obey at this stage we decided to abandon the trek and return to the stables with my two very shaken children as we arrived in the stable yard my partners horse reared and tried to throw her we tried to explain our situation to a very unsympathetic lady in the office but to no avail she just didn want to know the girl who took us out was lovely and was very embarrased about the whole events and confided to us that they had a lot of problems with some of these horses and that a lady had been kicked the previous week. TO BE AVOIDED

loved every bit of it!!!!! staff stables views and surrondings were AMAZING but the ponies and horses were by far the best.

Thoroughly enjoyable and memorable. Really friendly staff that go out of the way to help you. Great safe atmosphere, with amazing scenery. Would really recommend it.
