I thought the food on offer looked nice. A lot of organic foods, we are from Calif. and eat a lot of sushi, as in daily . I did not believe my eyes with the guy selling "so called"sushi (situated in the back near the other exellent fishstalls) He actually dropped the sushi rice on the floor scooped it back in the pan ,and as my husband and our friends notice bluntly started turning out sushi again?! Unbelievable in the states he would be shut in a sec. That is not all though; Fish he was filleting he laid out on a dirty dishwasher cloth, which he previous used to clean out the sink with. Somebody should educate this person about this.This is a healthhazard This stall was the only one selling dried out fish terrines as well. Yet again the rest of the market was looking wonderful, one person like this gives out a bad impression I think. - mishumishu
