Alster park is Germany's potential solution to overcrowding.
By night Alster park is Hamburgs biggest graveyard but at 5am every morning all of the tombstones are removed so people can sunbathe and play football and tennis and have picnics and take their dogs a walk.
Then when the sun goes down they put all the tombstones back (they can't always guarantee that they will be put at the right grave) and they bury some new people.
Yesterday afternoon I had lunch on Haerman Grueller RIP.
