Feldschlösschen-Stammhaus, Dresden

This former brewery is divided into two sections: the low-key and cosy Steigerstube and the lively and loud Brauhaus. The latter has live music (Tu-Sa) and a great selection of beer. A special feature is that each sort of beer comes with its own individual menu, with fish dishes to accompany lighter beers and sausages to accompany the darker beers. Visitors can marvel at the copper beer vats and take a guided tour around the next-door Beer Museum every Monday at 6p.
